Your Taack account stores your patron profile, saved cards, and ticket history. This guide covers the settings you’ll use most often as a ticket buyer.
Access your account
Sign in at taack.app and open the profile menu. From there you can reach:

Edit your profile
Go to Edit Profile to update:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Profile image
Keep your details current — organizers may use this information for check-in and event communications.
Payment methods
Under Payment Methods, you can:
- Add a new credit or debit card
- View saved cards on file
- Remove cards you no longer use
Taack processes payments through First Atlantic Commerce (PowerTranz) with 3D Secure authentication for added security. Both Visa credit and Visa Debit cards work for Caribbean payments.
Your saved cards appear at checkout so you don’t have to re-enter details for every purchase.
Never share your card details or Taack login with anyone. Taack staff will never ask for your password.
Organizer and patron accounts
The same email can be both an organizer and a patron. If you host events through the dashboard and buy tickets to other events, you’ll have:
- A committee (organizer side) at
/dashboard
- A patron profile (ticket buyer side) at
/profile
These are separate profiles within one login — switching between them is just a matter of navigating to the dashboard or your profile.
Get help
If you have trouble with a purchase, a pending request, or a missing ticket:
- Check My Tickets — upcoming, past, and pending tabs
- Search your email for confirmation or receipt messages
- Contact the event organizer directly through their committee page
