Invite team members

1

Open Team settings

Go to Dashboard → Team.
2

Send invitations

Enter one or more email addresses (comma-separated) and choose a role:
  • Member — access to assigned events in the limited member dashboard
  • Admin — broader access within the member dashboard
Invited people receive an email with a link to accept.
3

Track pending invites

Switch to the Pending Invitations tab to see invites that haven’t been accepted yet. Resend or cancel as needed.
4

Manage active members

The Members tab shows everyone on your committee. Remove members who no longer need access.

Member dashboard

Team members who accept an invite access a separate dashboard at /c/home — not the full organizer dashboard. From there they can:
  • View assigned events
  • Help with Ticket Requests
  • Record Sales for their events
  • Manage Teams assignments
This keeps your main dashboard secure while letting trusted people help at the door or with guest lists.

Event-level team assignments

Within a specific event, open the Team tab to:
  • Assign committee members to this event
  • Set ticket allocations — how many tickets each member can sell or attribute
When ticket allocations are enabled, patrons may select which team member referred them during checkout. This helps you track who drove each sale.

Your customers

Dashboard → Customers shows every patron who has attended at least one of your events. You can:
  • Browse attendee history across events
  • View a demographics summary
  • Export customer data as CSV
Use this to understand your audience and plan future events.

Custom questions and sponsors

From each event hub, you can also:
  • Custom Questions — add text, multiple choice, checkbox, or website fields patrons answer at checkout. Reorder questions, view response charts, and export CSV.
  • Manage Sponsors — create sponsor sections with logos and links displayed on your event page.
