This guide walks you through signing up as an organizer, creating your committee, and landing in the dashboard ready to build your first event.

Before you begin

  • A valid email address for your Taack account
  • Your committee name and preferred handle (for example, mybrandmybrand.taack.app)
  • Bank details ready if you want to connect payouts immediately (you can skip this step and return later)

Sign up and onboarding

Create your account

Go to taack.app/dashboard and sign up. Taack uses secure authentication — you’ll verify your email as part of the process.

Complete your profile

Enter your first and last name. Your email is linked to your account and cannot be changed here.

Create your committee

Upload a logo, then fill in:
  • Committee name — the public name patrons see (for example, “Island Vibes Events”)
  • Committee handle — your unique URL slug (https://{handle}.taack.app)
  • Committee email — the contact email shown on your public page
  • Short bio — a brief description of who you are and what events you run

Set up payouts (optional)

Connect a bank account so Taack can send your earnings after events. You can Skip for now and complete this from Dashboard → Payouts later.Payouts require identity verification. You’ll upload documents and wait for approval before your first transfer.

Open your dashboard

Once onboarding is complete, you’ll arrive at the Dashboard — your home base for events, sales, and settings.

Create your first event

When you’re ready, head to Your events → Create Event. The full walkthrough is in Create an event.
After creating an event, you’ll need at least one ticket type before patrons can purchase. Taack will prompt you to add tickets if none exist yet.
