Find an event
There are several ways to reach an event page:
Each event page shows the flyer, date, location (or virtual join details), description, and a button to get tickets.
Select your tickets
1
Open the ticket page
Click the event’s call-to-action button — Get Tickets, RSVP, Register Now, or Get Listed — to go to the ticket selection page.
2
Choose quantities
Select how many of each ticket type you want. The page shows:
- Price per ticket
- Sold out status when a type is unavailable
- Requires approval to purchase on request-only tickets
- Max limit reached if you’ve hit the per-person cap
3
Continue to checkout
Click to proceed. If you’re not signed in, Taack prompts you to log in or continue as a guest.
Sign in or check out as a guest
Signed-in checkout — create a Taack account or log in. Your tickets are saved under My Tickets and you can reuse saved payment methods. Guest checkout — buy without a full account. You’ll enter your contact details at checkout and receive your tickets by email. Guest checkout is available on supported events through the guest flow on the ticket page.If this is your first purchase while signed in, Taack asks you to complete your patron profile — name, phone, and other details needed for your ticket.

After successful payment, you’ll see your tickets. Add them to Apple Wallet or Google Pay for easy access at the door.
Request-only and approval events
Some events require the organizer to approve your ticket before it’s confirmed. When you checkout on these events:- You submit a request rather than an immediate purchase
- Your ticket appears under Pending in My Tickets
- If the ticket is paid, your card is authorized but not charged until approval
- Once the organizer approves, you’re charged (if applicable) and your ticket becomes active
Payment plans
Some tickets show a Split into … payments banner — the organizer offers a payment plan. Instead of paying everything at once, you pay a deposit at checkout and the rest in scheduled payments before the event. The total is exactly the same as paying in full. A few things to know:- Your spot is reserved as soon as you pay the deposit, but your tickets and QR codes arrive only after your final payment
- Payments aren’t charged automatically — pay each one from My Tickets or from the reminder emails Taack sends before every due date
- You can pay off the remaining balance early at any time
- If you miss a payment, you have a grace period to catch up; after that, the organizer’s missed-payment policy applies (shown before you accept the plan)
Fees at checkout
Depending on how the organizer configured the event, you may see a Patron Fee added to your total. This covers Taack’s processing fee (7% + $1.80 TTD per order) when the organizer chose to split or pass on fees. Free tickets have no fees. See Fees and payments for details.Virtual events
For virtual events, your ticket confirmation includes access to the join link. Some virtual events gate the link until closer to the start time — check your ticket page and email for instructions from the organizer.Next steps
