Once your event has at least one ticket type, you’re ready to share it with your audience. The Publish and Share tab gives you your event link, social sharing shortcuts, and embed options. Every event gets its own page on Taack. Open your event, go to the Publish and Share tab, and copy the link from there. Share it anywhere — WhatsApp, email, an Instagram bio, or a printed flyer with a QR code. Patrons who open the link see your flyer, event details, and a button to buy tickets (using whatever call to action you configured).

Share to social media

The Publish and Share tab includes quick-share buttons for:
  • Twitter/X
  • Facebook
  • WhatsApp
Each opens a pre-filled share dialog with your event link already included.

Track event views

The same tab shows how many times your event page has been viewed. Use this alongside your sales data on the Overview tab to gauge interest during your promotion push.

Embed checkout on your website

If you have your own website, you can embed a Taack checkout button so patrons buy tickets without leaving your site.
1

Open the embed section

On the Publish and Share tab, find the Embed instructions.
2

Add the script and button

Add Taack’s embed script and checkout button markup to your page. The embed loads your event’s ticket selection and checkout flow in a modal or inline widget.
3

Test the flow

Open your website and complete a test purchase (or use a free ticket) to confirm everything works before promoting the link widely.
See the live embed demo at taack.app/embed for a working example.

Your committee page

Your committee also has its own public page on Taack that lists all your upcoming and past public events. You can copy the link to that page using Copy committee link in the dashboard sidebar, or visit it directly with View committee page. Patrons who discover your brand can bookmark that page to follow future events.

Private events

If you set Event Discoverability to Private, the event won’t appear on Taack’s public listings or your committee page — only people with the direct link can access it. This is ideal for invite-only gatherings.
Private events still use the same checkout and ticket management tools as public events.
