If you host events, you use Taack through the dashboard at taack.app/dashboard. You operate under a committee — your organizer brand on Taack — where you create events, configure tickets, manage your team, and track sales.Typical organizers include promoters, venue hosts, community groups, and corporate event planners across Trinidad, Jamaica, and the wider Caribbean.
What you can do on Taack
Sell tickets online
Accept payments in TTD, JMD, or USD with secure card processing. Offer free tickets at no cost.
Approve guest lists
Turn on attendance approval when you want to review requests before confirming a sale.
Check in at the door
Scan QR codes from the web or the Taack scanner mobile app.
Get paid to your bank
Connect a local bank account and receive payouts after your event ends.
How the platform is organized
Every organizer account is tied to a committee — think of it as your brand on Taack. Your committee gets a public page at{your-handle}.taack.app where patrons can see your upcoming and past events.
Each event has its own page at taack.app/events/{event-handle} with a flyer, date, location (physical or virtual), ticket types, and a checkout flow.
Patrons are the people who buy or request tickets. They manage tickets under My Tickets in their account.
