After you buy or request tickets, manage them from My Tickets in your Taack account.

Open My Tickets

Sign in and go to My Tickets from the navigation menu, or visit taack.app/profile/tickets. Your tickets are organized into three tabs:

View a ticket

Click an event to open your ticket detail page. You’ll see:
  • Event name, date, and location
  • Ticket type and quantity
  • A QR code for check-in at the door
  • Options to add the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Pay
Show the QR code on your phone when you arrive. Door staff scan it to check you in.

Add to your wallet

For supported events, tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Pay on the ticket page or checkout confirmation. Your pass includes the event details and QR code — handy when you don’t have signal at the venue.

Pending requests

If you requested tickets on an approval-required event, they appear under Pending until the organizer acts.
  • Approved — your ticket moves to Upcoming and you’re charged if it was a paid ticket
  • Denied — the request is removed and no charge is made for paid requests
Check your email for status updates as well.

Calendar reminders

Taack can send calendar updates and event reminders by email — including a reminder the day before and an hour before the event starts. Make sure your email address is correct in your profile.

Transfer tickets

Taack supports transferring tickets to another person. If an organizer enabled transfers for your event, follow the transfer option on your ticket detail page or contact the organizer for help.
Refund policies vary by event. Taack’s Terms of Service note that refunds are handled by the event organizer except when an event is cancelled.
