# Sales

> View ticket sales, export data, and record manual cash or bank transfer sales.

The **Sales** section gives you a complete view of every ticket sold across your events — online purchases, approved requests, and manual entries you record yourself.

## View your sales

Go to **Sales** in the dashboard sidebar to see a filterable table of all sales. Each row includes:

* Event and ticket type
* Patron name and contact details
* Sale amount and payment method
* Sale date and status

Click a sale to open its full details.

Your **Dashboard** home also shows a **Sales over time** chart for the last 30 days and a list of recent sales for a quick snapshot.

## Export sales data

Use the export option on the **Sales** page to download a CSV of your filtered results. This is useful for:

* Reconciling with your accounting tools
* Sharing attendee lists with vendors or security
* Archiving records after an event

## Create a manual sale

Not every ticket is sold online. When you accept cash or a bank transfer at the door or over the counter, record it in Taack so your attendance and reporting stay accurate.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Start a manual sale">
    From **Sales**, click **Create Manual Sale**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose tickets">
    Select the event and ticket type, then enter the quantity sold.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter patron details">
    Add the patron's name and contact information. They'll receive a ticket record you can check in at the door.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select payment method">
    Choose **Cash** or **Bank transfer** and confirm the sale.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Manual sales appear in your dashboard and check-in lists, but they are **not** included in payout calculations. Only card payments processed through Taack count toward your bank payout — you've already collected the cash or bank transfer directly.
</Note>

## Event-level sales

Each event's **Overview** tab shows **Online Earnings** — revenue from card sales minus your share of processing fees. Use this alongside the committee-wide **Sales** page for event-specific reporting.

For tickets sold on a [payment plan](/organizers/payment-plans), track deposit and installment progress from the event's **Payment Plans** tab. Completed plan payments count toward online earnings; open plans show **Collected** and **Outstanding** amounts there.

## Custom question responses

If you added **Custom Questions** to an event, view response summaries and charts from the event's **Custom Questions** tab. Export responses as CSV for deeper analysis.
