# Payouts

> Connect your bank account, verify your identity, and receive earnings after events.

Taack pays out your online ticket revenue to a connected local bank account after your event ends. Below is how to set up payouts, complete verification, and what to expect on timing.

## How payouts work

1. Patrons buy tickets online through Taack's card processing (powered by First Atlantic Commerce / PowerTranz — Visa, Mastercard, and Visa Debit accepted).
2. Sales accumulate as online earnings on your event — ticket revenue minus your share of processing fees.
3. After the event ends, eligible earnings are sent to your verified bank account.
4. Payouts typically arrive within **three business days**.
5. Payouts are processed in **TTD**. JMD and USD sales are recorded with a TTD equivalent at the time of purchase, and that TTD amount is what gets paid out.

Manual sales recorded as **Cash** or **Bank transfer** are tracked in your dashboard but are **not** paid out through Taack — you've already collected those funds directly.

## Connect your bank account

    Go to **Payouts** in the dashboard sidebar.

  <Step title="Add your bank account">
    Click to add a new account and fill in the form:

    * **Business name** — use your personal name if you don't have a business account
    * **Choose your bank** — select from the supported banks list
    * **Account number**
    * **Confirm account number**
    * **Transit number** — only required for Scotiabank accounts
  </Step>

  <Step title="Upload verification documents">
    Upload a bank statement or screenshot, plus a form of ID (driver's license, passport, or other government-issued ID). Taack reviews these to comply with payment regulations.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Wait for verification">
    Your account status shows as **Pending**, **Verified**, or **Rejected**. You'll receive email updates as verification progresses.

    If rejected, review the feedback and resubmit corrected documents.

  You can skip bank setup during onboarding and return to **Payouts** at any time. You won't receive online earnings until your account is verified.

## Supported banks

Taack supports major Caribbean banks, including:

* Scotiabank
* First Citizens Bank
* Republic Bank
* RBC Royal Bank
* CIBC First Caribbean
* JMMB Bank Trinidad and Tobago
* Bank of Baroda
* Citibank

## View earnings and payout history

The **Payouts** page lists your earnings by event and shows the status of each payout — pending, processing, or completed.

On each event's **Overview** tab, **Online Earnings** shows how much that event has earned from card sales after fees.

## Fee impact on payouts

Your payout reflects the fee structure you chose per ticket:

* **Absorb fees** — your payout is ticket revenue minus the full merchant fee share
* **Split 50/50** or **Pass on fees** — your payout reflects only your portion of fees
